The Opportunity
Be the owner of the governance in Andean Region for Procuremnt. Support the team with the strategy execution in terms of tools, reports and data analysis. Also, representing procurement in corporate and intern audits, Soxs reports and legal contracts updates.
- This role is accountable for ensure the proper procurement process according to the governance & policies of the BU._ _
Responsibilities:
Your Impact
***- Manage field support metrics (quality check reviews/ user reporting)
- Design and execution of controls related to compliance with policies, effectiveness of training with the Procurement team
- Assess compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
- Identify compliance issues that require followup
- Disseminate policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
- Conducting the company's policy training with the purchasing team
- Develop the communication and continuing education plan for Sox Reporting and audits, drawing up detailed plans, actions, deadlines and documents.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education:
- English (fluent)
- Powe BI expert
- Specific procurement knowledge ( 7 steps, TCO, 5 porters forces.)
- Experience:
- Ability to effectively communicate across levels of the organization, networking, and influence.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP, proficient in spreadsheet, Power BI, Macros, Data Automation.
- Resultsoriented, proactive, sense of urgency, problem solving, assertive communication, personal security, good interpersonal relationships in multicultural environments, integrity.
- Leading the change accompanying the transformation of the company, the ability to manage and operate in an ambiguous and continuously challenging environment constantly works against the correct priorities even under pressure.
