Entravision is looking for a Team Lead, Ad Ops, Digital Audio.

You will be a key member of our team focused on the strategy, execution and optimization of digital audio advertising campaigns that drive quantifiable results for our clients.

You will also advance the expertise of existing team members through on-the-job training and development of best practices.

The role requires an individual that is passionate about technology and has a strategic mindset that understands our clients marketing objectives.

The Team Lead will work closely with specialized groups at Entravision, including Sales Planning, Account Management and Sales to design, implement and maintain digital tracking that is required as part of the Digital Audio metrics.


Responsibilities

  • Understand the business goals of our clients, their customers and translate that knowledge into an effective ad tracking, tagging and trafficking strategy
  • Develop and implement processes and ensure that Entravision's' digital adop capabilities remain competitive in the industry
  • Work with the Account Management teams to align campaign goals with measurement tagging strategy, ensuring digital tracking is in place to measure quantifiable metrics and attribution models (e.g. KPIs, ROI, ROAS, CPA, engagement, brand lift, MMX, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party ad servers (i.e. DCM and Sizmek), and measurement platforms like Placed and Nielsen.
  • Responsible for organizing and trafficking digital assets on ad serving platforms including Triton, Adswizz and The Trade Desk
  • Work closely alongside measurement partners and account management team to define requirements and make recommendations that ensure seamless workflow and consistency in reporting processes
  • Perform QA, prelaunch testing and proactive ongoing testing and maintenance to maximize uptime
  • Troubleshoot trackingrelated issues, analytics reporting/delivery discrepancies and implementation
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and recommended implementation plan based on industry best practices as well as feature releases on our core ad serving platforms (Triton, Adswizz and The Trade Desk)
  • Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis that deliver against the clients' campaigns KPIs.
  • Abide by the specific policies and procedures of our clients, including client specific GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA and other requirements
  • Mentor and train existing team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
-
6+ year of experience in digital Ad Ops or Ad Tech role, agency side experience desired

  • BS/BA required, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Well versed in Adswizz, Triton Digital or The Trade Desk
  • Experience running and optimizing campaigns using thirdparty ad tags
  • Experience with HTML coding, JavaScript, IAS wrapper tags, and UTM parameter tracking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, time management skills and detail oriented
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • English Fluency required
