As a UX Researcher and a training specialist , I have robust proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as designing surveys and experiments, conducting in-depth interviews, and performing usability testing. 
My passion for understanding user behavior thanks to my training experiencie stems from my strong sense of empathy towards users, which fuels my research efforts.

UX RESEARCHER RAPPI

• Planned, designed, recruited and executed usability tests on more than 20+ Rappi Aliados features.
• Built end-to-end research projects that combine both qualitative and quantitative methods to gain a thorough understanding of areas of improvement in the Latam Rappi Aliados app.
• Created new methods, techniques, and guidelines for recruiting participants.

TRAINING SPECIALIST
• Develop the training materials for couriers, converting in-person training sessions to virtual format, improving training times
• Contributed to the development of new training methods within the courier app.
• Coordinate the content creation and the virtual training plan for shoppers achieving a reduction in training time, while improving the learning curve a 75 %
