Responsibilities: I was part of a multicultural team where I interacted with great colleagues from different countries: Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

Responsibilities: I was in charge of the HR operations for the Medellin office for Almundo, among all my responsibilities I handled the recruiting process, finding and filtering candidates that might align with the company requirements after that I oversight the grading process of the code challenge with the development team, after that if everything goes well I set handle hiring logistics with an agency specialized in house visits and backgrounds checks and with another third party that handles the paperwork, and payroll.
