Currently, as a People Business Partner at Velocity Global, I spearhead global HR initiatives that support our expansion efforts across LATAM. My role involves everything from establishing employment frameworks and managing compliance to enhancing employee experiences and resolving complex HR issues. My hands-on approach ensures that policies and practices are not only compliant but also contribute to a thriving work environment.

My journey has equipped me with a rich blend of skills in People Experience, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Talent Management and Human Resources Operations.
