Ana Penagos

Hello, my name is Ana Penagos. Currently, I am working at Ubiquity in the position of senior agent, and since I feel stuck in this company, I want to change to get better opportunities. I have more than a year of experience in customer service. In my current position, I managed administrative paperwork, managed a team, and supported my leader with data analysis via Excel. One of my biggest achievements is implementing a new LOB with the campaign. I implemented the tools that were used to manage the process for outbound calls. I am looking for a full-time position in a new field of learning, and I want to try new challenges.
I am interested in the administrative part of the company; I want to learn new things.

I have many skills to contribute, including teamwork and good management within Microsoft tools. I'm also bilingual; I speak English, and my first language is Spanish. I am a proactive, organized, and responsible person with good interpersonal relations. I always have the best disposition for the performance of my duties. I am looking for a challenging position where I can continue learning. Experience in customer service and typing in Spanish and English, with leadership skills, continuous improvement, ease of learning, and good adaptability to change Technological skills in intermediate Excel and office software I am looking to be recognized for my abilities and my achievements.
