I completed an internship at the Ministry of Labor in Cartagena as part of my university's required practical training. During my time there, I was assigned tasks related to citizen services, where I assisted individuals seeking advice on labor law issues. This experience allowed me to develop strong communication skills and gain valuable insights into labor regulations and customer service.

For approximately two years, as part of my university's required practical training, I worked at the Legal Consulting Office and Conciliation Center. During this time, I provided legal assistance to low-income individuals and vulnerable groups, helping them resolve conflicts and representing them legally. I also offered consultations, answering their legal questions and guiding them through complex legal processes. This experience strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills, preparing me to excel in customer service roles where empathy and effective assistance are crucial.
