Camilo Alarcón

Hello!

I'm Camilo Alarcón Jiménez, a Motion Graphic Artist from Bogotá, Colombia. 

I have a wife, an eleven-year-old daughter, a one-year-old son, and three dogs. I love them all, and I love to spend time with them.

I also love telling stories, illustrating, and designing, but animating is what moves me. So for 13 years, as a member of very talented teams, I have been crafting those stories for big and small clients on tv and social, on marketing and entertainment, creating and animating characters, backgrounds, props, and all sorts of things predominantly on After Effects and many of its third-party plug-ins, but also on Animate, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop. I'm currently learning C4D at School of Motion and will keep learning any tool and plug-in that can help the team I work with to tell a better story. 

Want to know more? Well, if it wasn't clear I'm a team player, responsible, and good at time management. Any project we take on will have Its folder with the subfolders it needs. All files will be properly named and have a back-up, all layers will be labeled. I'm a problem-solver, a good learner, and a teacher.
