I help technology companies or technology areas of companies in other industries, to define, control and implement projects because the needs or requirements of the internal or external client can be brought to reality.
 

I have been channeling customer needs since 2007, documenting the necessary details
for its construction and implementation in functional requirements and definitions.
I manage and monitor technology projects leading all stages of the life cycle of services
of this magnitude, from their definition to implementation.
 

My experience in this field has been the product of a long career in the technology
departments of major multinationals such as BBVA, and Porvenir, and in technology
companies such as Grupo CMC, Everis, and Tecnocom now Indra.
 

I am passionate about IT projects, that is because I have trained in skills such as Scrum
Master, ITIL Foundations, and Intermediate OSA ITIL; obtaining the respective and
official certifications.

At the same time, I am an Expert in Sales Funnel, Email Automation, Facebook
Campaigns, and Google Ads.
 

I have helped coaches, entrepreneurs, and companies to find technological solutions for their digital marketing challenges. I focus on the objective of the organization and the strategy for the search for better results in digital businesses.

I am trained in Web Design and E-commerce, I have skills in WordPress, Woocommerce,
and Prestashop, I can provide you solutions from the Landing Page, Copywriting, and
SEO, using analysis tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, WebSite Auditor,
Google Analytics among others.
 

Compliance with projects is essential to me, so managing my activities and monitoring to control the project schedule, in general, has been my strength during my professional
career.

exchange services and recognizing the use and disclosure of common language of
exchange.

Basic Function: To lead the initiatives integrally ensuring the correct development of the
projects in charge, from the moment of their birth until reaching the fulfillment of the
established goals, so that all the operational and procedural variables are considered for
the adequate implantation and post-implantation.
Specific Functions: Coordinate and control activities for the proper implementation and
closure of projects, monitoring progress in the different stages of system development,
from the specification of the initiative to the design, construction, testing, pilot,
implementation, and post-implantation; maintaining the traceability of changes with the
application of the SOX methodology. Construction involves contracting suppliers and
budgetary control of said contracting.
Future Integration: Manage the creation of the specifications associated with the

monitoring of test plans until they are implemented.
Participation in projects:
1. Leadership in the Financial Reform-Unemployment project involved adapting the
operating platform's bases in such a way that it was possible to offer clients more
investment options through short and long-term portfolios. Achieving recognition
in Media Management and Financial Management.
2. Leadership in the Financial Reform project for the compulsory pensions product,
which aimed to open three new investment funds.
3. Control and monitoring of the project for the voluntary pensions product, in which
It was intended to renew the basis of the operating platform to offer clients both
individual and collective plans greater investment alternatives and optimization in
the management of their resources.
