Currently working in the energy sector, where I provide counsel on numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and negotiate complex infrastructure agreements specific to the industry. As an in-house lawyer, I oversee the corporate and commercial affairs of 12 subsidiary companies within the holding, all based in Colombia. Additionally, I provide comprehensive legal guidance on the development and construction of four photovoltaic (PV) plants, managing negotiations of industry-specific agreements such as BOP, EPC, and PPA. Moreover, I support the operational, and litigation matters for the company's assets in Mexico, including overseeing four Special Purpose Vehicles and the holding company for Mexico.

 

Within CTG Colombia Holding S.A.S., serving as the hub of CTG Group for the entire region, I've facilitated numerous transactions for new acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions, spanning Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, New York, Luxembourg, and China.

 

Currently, I am spearheading all legal affairs pertaining to the company's real estate assets in Peru, including an eviction process.
