I had the opportunity to be in charge of two positions: Talent and Marketing Skills Development assistant. As a Talent Intern I worked with Mexico's team, whose purpose was to implement marketing strategies, reinforce the company's brand and recruit qualified people for the company. On the other hand, as a MSD intern I was in charge of creating marketing and communication strategies to educate the sellers with new products and updates in BAT. Therefore, to analyze the results, I worked with KPI's and mapping methods to follow the process of the sellers.

As a United Health Care representative, I took calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. My duties was handling inbound calls, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Volunteer job as a content creator, public relationst and journalist in a digital newspaper called Vavel Colombia. This job helped me to understand how to attract people in an online environment, develop comunication strategies and establish public relations through social media.

Entrepreneurship Creator. Fit Warriors.

I created my own venture called Fit Warriors. During 2019 I educated myself in different marketing and communication fields, therefore, I used Social Media to attract customers, I developed a brand strategy to position the venture and performed a PR charge to establish communication between the company and the customers.
