I am a software engineer at Deloitte, specialized in data engineering, where I work implementing and optimizing databases, algorithms, queries and BI reports and automatizing ETL processes using SQL, Python, and SAP to significantly reduce the execution time of different programs and reports. I perform checks too on the quality of implemented code from other employees to guarantee clean and optimal code and databases.

At ISA Intercolombia, I designed a database for managing the goods and services related to the construction of substations and towers of energy. The main objective was to establish a way to search data the fastest way possible to determine an estimated cost of a new project based on previous projects or proposals. I did an ETL process that received information from different sources such as excel, word and pdf, to load information in a sql database, then show the information in a BI report with the possibility to search data, with that I improved the time that took to establish a new project.

I generated different models to predict the cost of some goods, determine which suppliers are better for certain goods and services among others and other functions as required by the engineers for this I developed some pipelines in pyspark and used another python libraries for predictions to show the results in power bi.

I am systems and computing engineer from the national university of colombia and I am doing a master there in analytics engineer. My academic and professional experience have been focused on everything related to data and artificial intelligence for 8 years ago, so almost all my projects, signatures and jobs have been related to that.
