I do have 5+ years of experience on recruitment for different profiles, high volume and leadership positions. - End-to-end recruiting for leadership and management roles across LATAM's Customer Service Operation, owning Intake Meetings, Sourcing, Pre-screenings, Debrief Sessions, and Offer Creation.
