Diego Santana

My name is Diego and I'm 27 years old. I was born and raised in Bogota. I'm passionate about interacting with other people and learning new languages. I have worked at couple call centers throughout my youth and I've gotten to realize how important customer service is and how much I can learn from every interaction. I love challenges and learning new things that's why I choose this line of work and I do it to the best of my capabilities. I'm someone who likes to spend time on hobbies such as watching a series, or movies, I'm also into video-games, I profit of these activies to not only relax but also learn and improve my English while at it. 

I've worked for chat and phone technical support and sales campaigns at companies such as Teleperformance, Concentrix, Sutherland and Outplex. 

Teleperformance: Norton sales chat, one year.

Concentrix: Macy's technical support, 4 months. 

Sutherland: Cox technical support, 4 months. 

Outplex: Technical support Sirius XM 3 months.

I completed a couple college semesters while pursuing a modern languages degree, other than that high-school is my latest completed degree.
