I am a 66-year-old Venezuelan.

I am a good fit for your company because I am a professional graduate of External Trading, English, and Education, three different careers; I bring a lot of experience acquired after so many years of work, studies, and alternative learnings.

I have had the opportunity to work in different countries: the USA, Venezuela, Trinidad/Tobago, Colombia, Brazil, and Grenada, playing roles such as Project Coordinator in diverse projects in areas like Global Logistics, Administration, Assistant, and Operations.

In many opportunities I´ve been contracted and assigned to the job sites coordinating logistic operations but also in charge of other areas: sales, negotiating transportation rates, arranging deliveries and receptions of materials, warehouse storage, preparing paperwork and documents as well as the legal permits for those cargoes, always according with the Master´s instructions, maintaining respect for the laws and regulations, watching safety and keeping in mind our client´s satisfaction in the first place.

I must add that I have worked for AGILITY LOGISTICS GROUP for ten years where I began as a Project Coordinator taking care of their business in Venezuela, Brazil, Trinidad, and Colombia, pursuing contracts with PDVSA, CONOCO-PHILILLIPS, CHEVRON-TEXACO in the oil field, and others. RAYTHEON, THYSSEN KRUPPS, HITACHI PLANT CONSTRUCTION, JAPAN STEEL WORKS, POOHAN STEEL WORKS and, SIEMENS-WESTINGHOUSE, in other areas like direct steel reduction plants, dams, electricity generation plants and other construction projects. So, considering that IT SUPPORT plays an important role within the Logistics Supply Chain business, based on the several types of reports that could be required during the cargo movement processes, for that, I was prepared and trained in MEPAW – Material Export Packing And Warehouse - a very friendly, useful, and reliable tool, specifically designed to help in this kind of operations with a minimum of interference in order to minimize human errors.

I also had the opportunity to work for HYUNDAI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO; LTD, as Operations Manager for four years at their Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela, refinery DEEP CONVERSION PROJECT. 

As a BPO, I have some experience too, as I have been in campaigns for companies selling solar panels as an appointment setter for Adicent Solar LLC. In their ¨WHY GO SOLAR¨ campaign, and for some cargo logistics corporations from the USA, gave strategic support to truck drivers nationwide, related to equipment maintenance services and rates whenever they needed it, studying and preparing routes, negotiating fleet rates, and arranging pick-ups and deliveries, all synchronized with the driver, the customer, and the operations center.

I am a teamwork-oriented person who likes to share responsibilities accordingly, I also like to share pieces of knowledge and learn from my partners keeping active interactions and a better team-up environment.

I worked as a college teacher, where I accumulated plenty of experience in teaching, organization, and coordinating academic responsibilities at Universidad Latinoamericana y del Caribe -ULAC-, and Universidad Nacional Experimental Simon Rodriguez – UNESR, both in Venezuela.
