I'm a self-taught web developer with a strong passion for creating clean, intuitive, and useful digital experiences. Although I don’t have formal industry experience yet, I’ve spent years learning, building personal projects, and constantly improving my skills. I’m driven by curiosity, problem-solving, and the excitement of learning something new every day.

I’m highly motivated, open to feedback, and always willing to go the extra mile to grow. Whether it's front-end, back-end, or exploring new technologies, I enjoy diving deep and staying focused for hours when I'm involved in a project. My goal is to contribute, learn from others, and become a valuable part of a team.

I currently work at Teleperformance as a Customer Expert for a major U.S. bank, where I assist cardholders with account inquiries, security concerns, and complex issues such as unauthorized transactions. This role has strengthened my communication skills, empathy, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I’ve learned to guide customers through stressful situations while providing clear explanations and solutions. My experience has helped me develop strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset that I bring into any professional environment.

I studied at SENA, where I strengthened my technical foundation and developed practical skills that have helped me grow both personally and professionally. My time there allowed me to learn through hands-on projects, teamwork, and real-world applications, which inspired me to keep improving and continue learning every day.
