• My team and I received the recognition due to more than 400.000 man-hours of HSE Trainings that permitted 35.000+ people who attended those Trainings to achieve the goal of more than 70 million man-hours worked without LTI.
• Performed self-assessments and audits to assure conformance with the CCJV HSE management system (CMS)

2010-10 – 2015-08 - HSE MANAGER – Role: CONTRUCTION HSE Training Manager, CB&I Colombiana S.A., REFICAR Project, Cartagena – Colombia

• Successfully I led a cross-functional and specialist team of 23 employees, from different technical backgrounds that allowed the making and development of the HSE&HRT Training Center of CB&I for the Reficar Project. (HRT= High-Risk Tasks) 
• Designed and implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in alliance with local educative institutions (SENA & INEM)  for developing accredited education and training programs for Construction workers from the communities from the impact area of the Reficar Project. This way 2785 people graduated from 14 different specialties (scaffolders, boilermakers, carpenters, welders, concrete finishers, insulators, painters, riggers, pipefitters, mechanicals, electricals, ironworkers, instruments, and tank-builders) that were all hired immediately for the Reficar Project.
• Obtained the registration as a UVAE (Unit of Vocational Learning at the Company), for HSE Training Center, in March 2014 which allowed the Certified Formation of the Labor Competency for Safe Work at Heights (SWAH), for  11.400+ workers of the Reficar Project, both Colombians & foreign people.         
• My team and I received the recognition due to more than 506.000 men-hours of Work at Heights (WAH) Trainings that permitted 61.000+ people who attended those WAH Trainings to achieve the goal of more than 95 million man-hours worked without suffering an OSHA Recordable Injury due to the Work at Heights, the most important Labor Risk at the Reficar Project. 
• Due to the Excellence in Quality and Effectiveness of the HSE & HRT educative processes developed in the UVAE-HSE&HRT Training Center of the Reficar Project, reflected in the low incident & severity rates from the Reficar Project, CB&I was honored in 2015 with the Green Cross for Safety medal from the U.S National Safety Council
• Achieved a 70% reduction in the costs of the SWAH labor competency certification process through optimization of the planning and organization of the participation of 11,400+ workers from the 12 units during the construction phase of the Reficar project. This achievement represented savings of about USD $25 million over a 14-month period until the completion of the project.

2003-01– 2010-10 - Integral Director of Labor Risks Prevention Services, COLMENA Worker Compensation Board (WCB), Cartagena – Colombia

• Designed and implemented a new process of personalized attention and consultancy for 600+ companies affiliated with this WCB in the City of Cartagena - Colombia, that allowed the successful promotion of Safety and Occupational Health in workplaces from many different economical activities, that allowed effectively preventing and reducing by 80% the Lost Time Incident (LTI) Rate. 
• My Team and I received during four (4) consecutive years recognition as the best office of the company between 2004 to 2007 due increase in the number of companies affiliated and the income received from affiliated companies, passing from USD $240,000 per month to USD $1,819 million per month complemented by an increase of profitability of the affiliated companies due to the low rates of Frequency & Severity from Labor Incidents among their workers which reflected in the loyalty from these affiliated companies obtained by the excellent results as a result of the prevention programs implemented.
