Acerca de Jairo Gonzalez:

I started my career at a very young age (1987) at Empresa de Telefonos de Bogota as a Telephony and Telecommunications Technician where I acquired great knowledge in technologies such as Ericsson and Siemens, managing, migrating and evolving the traditional telephony technology to Digital.

At Nortel Networks I held different roles for 15 years until reaching the operations direction for the Enterprise LOB responsible for Latin America, implementing and proving technical support for installed base and achieving different customer excellence awards.

At Anditel, I held the Operations direction for Satellite and fiber optic projects where we brought communications to the most remote places in Colombia and be responsible for contract around of USD 10M

At Avaya, I was the leader for technical support in Latin America where, apart from winning recognition for service excellence, I implemented innovative services with revenues of USD 4M

At Aspect Software for more than seven (7) years, I was responsible for professional services organization, being the director for Latin America, implementing, operating and supporting 54 projects simultaneously and selling services to our Client installed base for USD 13M. Additionally, during the last two years I was the regional sales manager for Colombia, Mexico and Central America, achieving sales of USD 6M in product and USD 4M in services.

Finally, I am currently working as VP of Services and Operations, implementing AI projects, supporting the sales area and responding to the relationship with each of our clients and partners.

A versatile leader with broad international management experience, encompassing regional roles in sales, account management, professional services, project management, technical support, Operations & implementation, Customer Care and Technical Support. Proficient in delivering carrier, enterprise, SaaS, AI-ML and CCaaS solutions across Latin America, Caribbean, Brazil, and Mexico.

Focused on providing excellent customer service and recognized as a senior-level sales professional, I have a proven track record of increasing revenue, creating new opportunities, reducing costs, and enhancing profit margins. My targeted and strategic efforts have consistently produced significant business results.
