Lead the product management, UX and analytics team to develop new products and a continuous improvement for the product portfolio based on data insights and customer research. Product team is responsible of strategy and execution of the product roadmap for all the enterprise products: commercial loans, digital marketplace, in store POS, web and mobile applications. The product team is responsible of lead agile teams, define the product strategy aligned with corporate strategy and ensure the definition and execution. 2020-2021 Product Manager (Squad Leader). Products:

Tuya Mobile App: Plan and execute mobile application roadmap, lead the mobile teams as squad leader and align stakeholders in order to accomplish customers and enterprise objectives and expected results. Key Results: +1 million downloads, 4 stars in apple and android store, Customer Satisfaction Score: 80, Customer Effort Score: 80.

Digital collection: Respond to customers with solutions in the COVID19 and offer digital financial reliefs and digital collection of debts. Started from scratch when pandemic started and launch the first MVP in 1 month with continuous product incrementals each sprint. Key Results: 25.000 payment agreements in the first 3 months, Net promotion score: 80, Cost reduction: 500% compared to a traditional collection.

2019 Technical product management. Products:

Mastercard credit card projects: Lead the teams accountable of launch of new credit card products:  Alkosto Mastercard Gold and Carulla Mastercard Black cards.

Contactless cards: Lead the technical teams in order to develop Mastercard credit card projects: Contactless cards issuing.

2017-2018 Engineering leader. Lead the projects with the partners FISERV – First Data - Mastercard to implement and migrate more than 800.000 credit cards from Mastercard products portfolio.

2016 Engineering leader. Lead the teams in charge of credit card requirements: Origination, transactional and collection. Also, in this role I started agile methodologies (Scrum) for technology projects in the company.

2014-2015 Solutions Architect. Projects: Analytics, data lake and origination platforms implementation.

2011-2013 Business Analyst.  Origination platform maintenance.
