My name is John, and I'm a psychologist with four years of experience working as an IT recruiter for international companies. Throughout my career, I have worked with various seniority levels and profiles, including frontend and backend developers, full-stack developers, QA automation and manual testers, data engineers, support engineers, cloud architects, DevOps professionals, product owners, business analysts, Scrum masters, and other positions related to the IT industry. I have experience recruiting candidates from countries and regions such as the USA, Europe, all of LATAM, and India.

My professional experience has been diverse, as I have had the opportunity to work with different areas of the company, such as HR, marketing, sales, and delivery. I have also been involved in onboarding, contract management, benefit plan development, recruitment, training programs, project and process structure for the company, client negotiation, and other tasks as required. I have always been willing to help the company in any way possible and have developed a deep understanding of the company's needs.
