I am currently studying a master's degree in Data Science and Analytics at EAFIT university (third semester). I am really interested in applying quantum machine learning and AI to problems in industry of data science.

Among my skills, I highlight at mathematical modelling, algorithm development and machine learning. Other skills that I excel at are python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow (Keras), matplotlib, seaborn, SciPy, Statsmodels, Qiskit), SQL, basic management of the ETL process in Amazaon AWS (S3, glue and Athena), SageMaker Amazon AWS, matlab and scientific writing in Latex. My portfolio includes projects in analytics and data science (supervised and unsupervised models as well), among which I highlight: inventory optimization for a company using KNN with statistics; a predictive model with data from the Ministry of National Education based on linear regressions on approval of the academic year by state; a predictive model using RNN for Medellin hotel prices per month, weeks and days, CLUSTERING TO PREVENT MONEY LAUNDERING: Clusters model creation K-means (real data from a company). Analytics based on statistical parameters. Model comparison with the best SageMaker model. In the Project section it is shown my last project about bicycles rent prediction in Washington D.C. using different models of machine learning and AI. With my knowledge and experience, I aim to contribute and develop knowledge in the areas of data analysis, data processing, statistics, mathematics, and physics acquired during academic training.
I undertake with responsibility, commitment, and dynamism the challenges and changes both in the work and social environment to achieve an excellent performance as a professional, demonstrating integrity, initiative, punctuality, good management of interpersonal relationships, responsibility, time and task management, and ease of teamwork.

Educación

Master's in data science and analytics. Integrative project 2: Colombian GDP forecasting: classical techniques vs machine learning algorithms. Research based on a scientific paper (Maccorenne et al) about USA GDP forecasting. Procedure applied to Colombia. Great results, creating a scientific paper.
