Experiencia

My first job experience was in the engineering service industry and in charge of leading the process of innovation with the regional Commerce chamber and winning recognition for the company, I also, develop and implement engineering solutions to Oil and gas facilities, food processing, and plastic industries.

Now I am in the BPO industry as a workforce Analyst, I use data to meet and exceed customer satisfaction with the execution of workforce management directions. The use of data is important to suggest decisions and take action on the road.
