I have been working in call center during more than 3 years and currently I am working au UPS right now since May 12 2021. Also, I have experience as teacher too with certifications about my degree.

Senior Collector in United Parcel Service – Right now (since May 12th)
-Managing the billing operation for Chicago and USA. -Finance & accounts payable, monthly close frequencies, including AP invoice handling & payments, office budget control, etc. -Solving client-billing issues and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, giving an excellent good customer service in a timely way. -Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates. -Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. -Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
Teleperformance (REBEL for UBER) – 1 year (Dic. 2016 - Nov. 2017) Attending riders and drivers in Uber solving issues related with service and fares, I adjusted fares and provide solutions for them.
Technical support in Emergia - 5 months (jun. 2020 - oct. 2020) I was fixing home services like internet, TV, phone, etc. All of this from the computer. Also, I sold services, support clients to fix their services, check invoices by them and explain fees, etc.
English class – 2 years (ene. 2018 - dic. 2019)
I taught English as foreign language to children and adults during 2 years with honors and recommendation.
