- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Be the main point of contact for sellers to ensure a successful transaction
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM used to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Assess comparable(s), property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication
- Create repair cost valuations using our in-house estimating system
- Make offers with a pre-determined path to disposition
- Securing property and lock up deals
As a cold caller my responsibility was to
- call home owners and determine if they were interested in selling their property
- ask specific questions about the condition of the property to have an idea of what offer to formulate and also I would determine if they are motivated enough to sell for quick cash
- I would ask why they are looking to sell
- how soon they would be able to close and get paid.
