Student of modern languages (English and French) at the University of Cauca, expected to graduate in 2024. I have work experience in different fields such as English teaching, customer service agent, waiter, cashier and bouncer. These jobs have given me the possibility to learn about different jobs and to have a broader perspective.

·In charge of preparing classes for different courses, and giving parents feedback about their children's process. I managed to develop teaching techniques for different types of students and I became the teacher that parents most wanted for their children.
Customer Service Agent |Teleperformance| Dates June 2022- September 2022
·Responsible for attending to requests from restaurants located in the USA and Canada when a problem arose related to a live order. I learnt to deal with calls from excited callers, have a fast work pace and multi-tasking.
