As an Industrial Engineer graduate from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, I have excelled in roles requiring skills in data management, analysis, and decision-making. My work as a Junior Professional in the Simple Connections & Other Customer Requests Area at Enel Colombia gave me the responsibility of ensuring that customers with new connections received their first energy bill, ensuring data accuracy and reducing errors in the process. Additionally, in my role as a Quality Evaluator at Miletto Engineering SAS, I supported sales channels for Tarjeta Crédito Fácil Codensa through data management and report creation for the implementation of commercial strategies. I also completed an internship in the Sales Financial Services Area at Enel Colombia, where I contributed to monitoring compliance with commercial agreements and developing dashboards for commercial management.

During my time at Universidad Sergio Arboleda, I focused on developing solid skills in decision-making, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), and the development of machine learning and deep learning models. This education was complemented by my participation as a Researcher in the Research Seedbed in Decision Making and Operations Research, where I conducted academic consultancy in the marketing area with Prolub S.A., participating in data collection and analysis activities. Additionally, I contributed to the research and writing of a scientific article published in Springer Nature, focusing on brand positioning analysis in the automotive lubricants industry using perceptual maps.
