Soy licenciada en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo con más de dos años de experiencia en el sector, destacándome por mi capacidad para integrar la seguridad y el bienestar en el entorno laboral. Durante dos años, trabajé como Analista de Compras, encargándome de la selección y evaluación de proveedores para asegurar que cumplieran con los estándares de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Además, tengo dos años de experiencia como Analista de Facilities, donde gestioné eficazmente los riesgos potenciales en la oficina, garantizando un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable. Experiencia

As the Office Manager, I drive all operational and administrative activities across each of FTI´s segments. I'm a key management team member, involved in all decisions related to the smooth running of our interests at FTI. My role encompasses overseeing and coordinating Facilities, Utilities, and administration. Additionally, I serve as the primary liaison with our shared services, managing onboarding, coordinating training, and acting as an HR proxy when necessary. It's my responsibility to manage our office support staff, ensuring that the needs of our Senior Management are consistently met effectively.

-I support segment leaders, coordinate cross-segment communication and activities
-Onboarding new hires. 
-I coordinate benefits and ensure compliance with policies and processes aligned with Colombian regulations. As a lead of HSE at FTI, I oversee the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) to ensure legal compliance and promote a safe work environment. I coordinate with senior management, department heads, and employees to implement safety measures, assess risks, and prioritize interventions. Additionally, I manage resources, coordinate training, and support accident investigations. I aim to create a safety and well-being culture across the organization.

-Design, implement, execute, maintain, and improve the activities projected in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, socializing it at all levels of the segments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, objectives, goals, and proposed indicators for monitoring.
-Plan, organize, direct, develop, and implement the OHSMS, and conduct its evaluation at least once a year.
-Inform the senior management about the operation and results of the OHSMS.
-Promote the participation of all members of the organization in the implementation of the OHSMS.
-Coordinate with department heads the development and updating of the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment, and prioritization for intervention.
-Validate or develop action plans with department heads and monitor their implementation.
-Promote understanding of the policy at all levels of the organization.
-Manage resources to comply with the occupational health and safety plan and monitor indicators.
-Coordinate training needs in prevention according to prioritized risks and organizational levels.
-Support the investigation of work accidents and incidents.
-Participate in meetings of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
-Implementation and monitoring of the OHSMS.
