Ensure that Mundipharma’s compliance principles, policies and procedures are implemented and followed, mapping and periodically monitoring high-risk activities, recommending and/or developing new procedures when necessary. Provide compliance guidance to the business in line with principles and local industry requirements, delivering periodic training.

Coordinate the implementation and ongoing review of local compliance policies and procedures, compliance awareness initiatives, as well as preventive and corrective actions needed.

Plan and carry out Colombia and Argentina compliance monitoring activities in the areas of highest risk, managing the implementation of local specific remediation activities based on the monitoring results.

Coordinate risk assessments for the Mundipharma’s independent associated companies in Colombia and Argentina.

Sponsor of the Compliance Committees for northern and southern regions.

Develop and conduct periodic compliance training, monitor the status of training completion by employees and third parties and take the actions required for trainings to be completed in due course.

Support the Compliance program and the implementation of activities related to Health Care Compliance and Privacy in LATAM for Consumer and Vision Care sectors, acting as a change manager by implementing best practices and accurate policies.

Lead the implementation of the annual monitoring plan for the North Region, Central America and Mexico countries. Follow up on the closure of the action plans (MAPs) results of the audit findings or internal monitoring to decrease errors and omissions risk.
