As a teacher, I have worked with different groups including kids, teenagers and adults in different institutes from A1 to C1 according to the CEFR.
I am willing to learn and provide my knowledge and skills to develope any task effectively
Experiencia
I have 8 years of experience as an English teacher in different schools and institutes.
On the other hand, I am a bilingual trainer with almost 2 years of experience in BPO industries. In these years of experience, I was recognized as the best trainer in my campaing and I was promoted as a Trainer Lead for 5 moths.
I learnt about the whole training process identifying training needs and main points to be reinforce. Also I develope training sesions, design training material, provide feedback to TMs and create action plans to improve the metrics required, and some administrative task completion.

Professional graduated from La Salle University as an English and Spanish teacher.
I am a student of a Master in Technological Education and Digital Competences at UNIR and I will be graduated on February 2023
