I'm Marcos, and I'm a social communication professional with a passion for photography and digital editing. I'm currently in my seventh semester of social communication studies, where I've been developing my skills in creating compelling content for social media, managing social media accounts, and conducting market research.

Apart from my studies, I have also pursued my interest in photography and digital editing. I've taken courses and workshops on these topics, where I've learned to use industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. I've also had the opportunity to put these skills to use by working on freelance projects and collaborating with local businesses and artists.

In addition to my creative skills, I have three years of experience as a customer service agent. This has given me valuable experience in communicating effectively with customers, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Whether it's managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, or providing excellent customer service, I'm always eager to take on new challenges and deliver exceptional results.
