I am a motivated and progress-oriented person. I have held the position as a teacher focused on early childhood for more than 3 years and I have extensive experience in this sector. Initiative and innovation have always been part of my professional career, and I have developed and executed educational strategies that are aligned with those of the institutions in which I work.

I have a degree in child pedagogy, I have worked as a professor, a space in which the training process was oriented to technicians in early childhood, executing functions such as strengthening teamwork and compliance with the institutional schedule, planning of pedagogical sessions according to each subject, support and motivation for students in their academic, personal and professional process, as well as comprehensive evaluation in each of the processes.

In the same way, I have carried out innovative accompaniment processes, strategically directed in the preschool, executing processes such as the implementation of recreational, sports, cultural and recreational activities, potentiating and overcoming the deficits evidenced in the abilities of the boys and girls, as well as such as the creation of habits, and the motivation to research, through discovery, processes in which I have strengthened leadership and teamwork with the educational community and parents.
