Role: Product Manager / Business Analyst

  • Permanent contact with the stackeholders and development team to clarify the requirements;
  • Collection and formalization of requirements for subsystems and modules of ERM GR in the form of User stories, business processes, and diagrams (BPMN, UML) and specifications;
  • System analysis (integration);

Developed the requirements for modules: Task module (CRM system); Customer Relations Reporting Module; Transaction module; and others.

Project: “Click Stream” system – the marketing automation platform and personalized advertising. System tracks user’s digital footprint (similar systems are Dynamics Yeld, Exponea).

Role: Product Manager / Senior Analyst

  • Develop, gather, analyze & document the requirements;
  • User stories writing, hypothesis construction and testing;
  • Permanent in contact with the developers team, PO and business customer for clarification of requirements and backlog grooming;
  • Support the Product Owner with product vision and roadmap definition;
  • Participation in solution architecture projecting;
  • Participation in project risk assessment;
  • Customer development performance;
  • Development process managing: sprints plans, scrums, demos, testing
  • Modeling of data flows, business processes;
  • Interfaces prototyping (mobile as well);

Achievements:

  1. were involved 6 bank subsidiaries for pilot testing;
  2. the loyalty indicator increased by 24% after the implementation of cust.dev research results;

Role: Senior System/Business Analyst

  • Regular functional improvements and user-problem solutions delivery (of internal financial systems of NSD and/or Moex);
  • Personal performance of analytics and writing the documentation for development & improvements of large enterprise systems based on Oracle DB, Transact SQL, DataPower, Alameda, Web services and others NSD and/or Moex systems. 
  • Gather, analyze & document the requirements (user stories), business process modeling.
  • System Requirements specification, functional requirements documentation.
  • User Interfaces prototyping.
  • Was developed the technical documentation on modules:
    • messaging and files sending between the internal Enterprise system and Client Personal web-cabinet have been developed;
    • the information security events logging system have been implemented;
    • the reverse-engineering was proceed for the Price Center (the fair bonds prices calculation system based on high mathematics methodic).

  1. Expanded the analysts team up to 5 persons;
