Reports made under the US GAAP guidelines. Elaborating and administrating budgets. Reporting directly to Country Manager and Financial Controller in Houston. Preparation and monitoring of the different financial budgets and operations to be sent to Headquarters under US GAAP standards.

Main achievements:

• Leader of the ORACLE implementation project for Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
• Development of a strategy to get all areas of the company involved in the project to apply the SOX Law, requirement for the company to become public. Afterwards, the Sox Law was successfully introduced in Ecuador and Peru.
• Standardization and implementation of control mechanisms for the import process, which reduces the legalization time of imports by 15% and generated savings of approximately 20%.
