My job experience includes active participation in projects involving a wide range of fields such as copywriting, copyediting, UX writing, proofreading, project management, content strategy, non-formal education and customer service, both in English and Spanish. UX Writing, copyediting, audit and translation (English to Spanish) for the different Value Brands owned by Verizon, with an emphasis placed on conversational channels (SMS, IVR and Chatbot) and web pages. Project management and monitoring (Asana). Coordinating the Content Strategy team based in Bogotá in regards to different processes undertaken by the company (HR, payroll, facilities, among others).
