• I executed over my first year and a half, more than 10 million euros budget to deliver top security controls to our operations.
• I maintained 5 different PCI certifications throughout the region, required to deliver our service.
• I increased our Bitsight score for more than 180 points in six months (achieving 760)
• I designed, implemented, and managed a regional shared services model for the whole region.
