I have a year and a half of experience in the area of human resources, during this time I have had the opportunity to support recruitment processes, welfare, management of corporate policies, performance evaluation, health and safety at work, support in pre-selection and selection processes, among others.

I completed a technical degree in accounting and finance in 2018, after that I studied a technician in human talent management, in addition I have taken training courses in occupational safety and health and specific training in the area of human resources.
