EMPLOYER one of my experience is the construction of machines and estructures anb heavy vehicles, for this reason I offer you my services for the existing vacancy in your company for the position of WELDER (GMAW, SMAW, FCAW); I have almost 22 years of experience in the manufacture of metal structures, trailers, dump trucks, tanks, etc., in addition to having the skills required to play an excellent role within your company In 2000 I started as an assistant in the manufacture of metal structures, there I learned to handle power tools such as polishers, shears, plasma cutting oxyfuel, bridge crane among other important ones; As time passed I became interested in learning more and was able to interpret plans, select and classify materials according to the specifications given there to make the assemblies required by the plans, finally I became a GMAW and SMAW process welder, but I wanted to go further There, so I started a technological training as a supervisor of the manufacture of welded metal products, successfully graduating and working as a supervisor for approximately 4 years, acquiring new skills and experiences not only in metalworking but also in the area of quality, administration, design. , etc. which I list below: - Interpretation of plans. - Extensive experience, supervision, management and control of plans and interpretation of welding procedures and symbols in the plans necessary to process material, draw, cut, transform, and make assemblies. - -Application of welding in different positions with the GMAW, SMAW, FCAW processes, with manual, automatic and semi­automatic equipment. - Management, adjustment and preparation of the tools and equipment required for the execution of tasks. - Perform various tasks related to the work of a fitter welder or according to the requirements and specifications received for the project in progress. - Cutting of materials with tools (plasma, oxyfuel, shears, polishers, among others) according to the specifications given in the plans. - Selection, verification of materials required in the plans to execute the different - -production processes. - Drawing and cutting of materials according to the dimensions and lengths required in the plans. - Armed assembly and assembly of each one of the elements and materials processed according to the specifications given in the plans. - Assembly and manufacture of metal structures for bridges, warehouse buildings, tanks, hardware, boxes, doors, windows, among others - Welding symbols - Basic 2D-3D AUTOCAD - EXEL - Management of measuring instruments - WORD - STAFF MANAGEMENT. - Application of health and safety standards at work - Mathematics algebra and basic geometry.
