Working for this company I had to receive contact from members who wanted to know about the status of their shipment, I performed tasks related with tracking and cases creation, besides of that I was in charge of sending supplies for some members. After 3 months I was promoted to the supervisor role and I was in charge of the team development, KPIs targets achieving and admin tasks.
