I created an automatic replenishment model that interconnected the areas involved, reduced shortages at points of sale, improved the demand planning and optimized the portfolio of retail clients.

I developed an application through the Power Apps platform that allowed the commercial area and support areas to standardize credit notes request processes and view their status in automatic Power BI reports.
