I am a lawyer with experience in Human Resources and recruitment in the IT area as a Talent Acquisition assistant. Goal-Oriented, dynamic, sociable, energetic, quick, efficient solving skills and proactive.   
 

I manage tolls as a google suite, ATS such as GreenHouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. As well I have had experience working in international companies with people from different backgrounds and locations and with candidates from Colombia, Argentina, USA and UK.

I have had experience coordinating interviews between candidates and interviewers in different time zones, Job descriptions, keeping internal database updates and tracking pipeline of applicants through multiple stages of the interview process. I like to create a strong partnership with Recruiters and Hiring Managers which reflects that I had the opportunity to provide support to the TA team as needed as new hires onboarding and ATS improvement.

• Supporting recruiters by scheduling interviews and handling coordination between the candidate’s availability and  interviewer's availability trough an analysis tracker system (ATS) as a Greenhouse.
