Hi! I’m a junior data analyst with a backgroud in business management and my purpose is to help businesses make data-driven decisions through data analysis and visualization, using tools like Excel, SQL and Tableau.

💡 MY STORY

Earlier in 2022 I came across the world of Data Analytics, and the more I knew about it the more interested I was in following this career path, so I decided to give it a try. A couple months later, it turned out to be a great passion of mine.

In the different projects I’ve participated, either at school or work, I’ve always enjoyed exploring data. I’ve fallen in love with finding patterns and relationships in the data, as well as visualizing it to better communicate the insights I get from it, based on a clear understanding of business requests.

I believe data is powerful, and my goal is to use it to drive change.

💼 MY EXPERIENCE

In my experience in the administrative sales department I worked with databases and pivot tables in Excel, and developed an automation to generate corporate reports and presentations, reducing the execution time in 40%. I also supported my leader in administrative tasks such as benchmarking, corporate presentations and data collection.

I have also worked in several family businesses, particularly in a restaurant, where I have acquired great teamwork skills, attention to detail and good performance in fast-paced environments. Additionally, I was able to participate in the entrepeneurship program of my university to configure the value proposition and develop the business model of the restaurant.

🎓 I studied International Business Management at the Universidad del Rosario where I gained knowledge about strategic plannig, marketing and a strong entrepeneurship mindset.

I’m a planner by nature, I believe planning is key, whether it is for a business or a personal project. I have excellent time management and organization skills, as well as discilpine and responsability. In addition, I adapt easily to changes and I am always willing to learn.
