I am Wemerson Medeiros, a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in the electrical and insurance sectors. Until recently, I worked at Furnas Centrais Elétricas S.A., a leading company in the generation and transmission of electric energy in Brazil, where I promoted a culture of processes, continuous improvement, and support for innovation in the IT area.

My mission has been to optimize the use of information technologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and competitiveness, as well as to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external clients. I have a solid academic background, having just completed a Master's in Business Administration and holding an MBA in Business Process Management, along with multiple certifications in change management and exponential management. Additionally, I have extensive experience in digital marketing, with skills in managing and overseeing projects developed by digital agencies, analyzing web metrics and indicators, planning digital media, and managing social networks.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in strategic IT management, I have developed exceptional expertise as an IT Governance Analyst. I have managed high-value IT project portfolios, including overseeing a $10 million portfolio at Eletrobras Furnas. I have a proven track record of optimizing project delivery through the implementation of EPM 2013 and enhancing organizational efficiency by spearheading SOX compliance audits. My leadership in utilizing Agile methodologies has significantly improved project agility and stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, I have a strong background in managing IT tenders, contract administration, and leading innovative projects in mobile marketing, showcasing my versatility and commitment to continuous process improvement.

I hold a Master in Business Administration from PUC-RIO (2022-2024), complementing my MBA Executive in Business: Process Management from FGV - Rio de Janeiro (2013-2016). I earned my Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Gama Filho (2003-2006). I am currently pursuing a Data Science Degree at the Data Science Academy in São Paulo.
