rooms; checking that the meeting room facilities are fit for purpose; arranging refreshments; taking
notes and general support for the meetings.
• Preparing documents in support of the film production.
• Organising events, Screening phone calls, responding emails.
• Managing the logistics for business dinner parties.
• Creating/modifying appointments.
• Arranging long distance travel.
• Arranging and coordinating transport, communicate and track pick up times.
Adjust plans as required, depending on weather and traffic conditions, including communicating and
managing any impacts on existing schedule.
