We are seeking a junior professional to support our sales operation and customer success function, based close to our users in LATAM.

You will join our commercial team to help build a profitable engine that sells our products, establishes partnerships, and delivers our impact globally, scaling by orders of magnitude.


About Our Programs

Device Access:

Desktop computers are the universal productivity tool in the global knowledge economy, but more than half of the world does not have access.

People across the world want computers for their kids, to do their schoolwork, work, learn, and play. Computers are affordable for millions with financing, but without credit data, banks are unwilling to offer loans.

The pay-as-you-go financing technology built into Endless OS enables remote unlocking of computers so that computers can be sold together with a considerate, affordable loan.

We have brought the cost of a computer down to less than a dollar a day, a price that makes it accessible to millions around the world.


Future-Ready Skills:

Digital and collaboration skills for underserved populations:Future-ready skills such as collaboration and a broad range of digital capabilities are the main educational demands of the present day, and traditional education and educators are not able to scale to meet the demand around the world.

To address this, the Endless OS Foundation greets early-stage learners in the 8-12-year-old age range with featured original apps that combine the joy of gaming with the teaching of fundamental digital creation concepts.

Games have a wide and growing appeal amongst youth, reaching an estimated 3 billion video gamers worldwide in 2023.


Role Summary


As a Sales Operations and Customer Engagement Analyst, you will be a primary point of contact for our users while contributing to keeping the enablement of the sales engine.

Your main responsibilities are to support sales execution and to provide outstanding after-sales engagement and support.

This role requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle diverse user and process interactions, internally and externally.

This is a junior-level role.


What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will support two main aspects related to the sales execution process:
Sales Operations

  • Run market analysis to contribute to projects/pilot planning and launch.
  • Support sales activities execution including sales events, incentives analysis, and demand generation.
  • Coordinate engagement with internal teams such as engineering, marketing and sales.
  • Develop sales assets and presentations.
  • Manage and report sales pipeline across the board.
  • Incorporate market feedback into refining the Endless Laptop gotomarket and product strategy.
  • Influence decisionmaking through actionable problemsolving insights into business decisions.
Customer Engagement

  • Keep detailed records of user interactions and transactions using our internal systems (Gorgias)
  • Resolve user complaints, basic troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company services to effectively assist users.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to the Tech analyst effective followup until the ticket is resolved
  • Strive to meet or exceed the Customer Success goals.
  • Assist with the creation of metrics reports related to customer retention and satisfaction
