We are currently looking for _Business Analyst_ to work for a logistics project in our Barranquilla team.

What you ́ll do

You ́ll manage the delivery of component parts of a strategic renovation programme for the terminal's management division, logistics or transport, delivering major functional enhancements and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Gathering and document requirements understanding the processes, needs and the reasons behind the business core
Prepare BRD, Business Requirement Document, and SRS, System Requirement Specifications
Document Assumptions, dependencies and risks
Supervising work execution and quality of deliverables anticipating potential problems and resolving them before they impact users or goals
Gather, document and validate requirements for new features/fixes.
Manage progress of deliverables assigned to the development teams / vendors.
Prepare test scenarios based on process requirements and conduct technical tests
Test new features/fixes.
Tracking improvements for future versions

Necessary skills and experience required:

Experience of working with structured project governance
Proven track record of project delivery in particular ERP implementation or areas related to the business
Experience implementing and/or supporting Navision ERP
Experience implementing and/or supporting Warehouse solutions
Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication (English and Spanish) skills are required.
CCBA will be considered as an advantage.
Solid experience in industrial environment / port systems or transport (desirable)
3+ years of proven experience as Business Analyst is a must.
