Description
The Client is a platform for teachers to build, personalize, share & teach their real-time learning
courses.


Requirements:

MUST be LATAM Based with 1-2years of Customer Support Experience
Preferrably Mexico & Colombia

Fluency in English is a must. Native or almost native english speaker

Self-confident and able to work under pressure to meet customer needs

Ability to work well independently and excel in a fast-paced environment


Responsibilities

  • Have a deep understanding of how the platform works to be able to support teachers
○ Respond to Live Chats in less than 2 minutes
○ Calls respond directly

  • Support video calls with teachers: Technical support, screen sharing, and guiding
teachers through questions.
○ The teacher would request on chat to hop on a call and share screen to guide
them through parts of the platform

  • Own customer satisfaction and ensure CSAT ratings are retained
  • Crossteam communication:
○ Filing tickets about issues reported for engineering and following up on them.
○ Filing tickets for content for any content-related issues and following up on them.


Nice to have
Former teacher, Spanish speaker
Experience in sales, business development, or account management


Salary:
$700 - $800 per month


Experience:

Call Center: 2 years (preferred)
