• Collaborate with crossfunctional product and sales teams to understand requirements and translate AI capabilities into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable and reliable backend services using Python, with a focus on LLM integration.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automation and efficient deployment of LLMpowered features.
• Monitor and improve system performance, proactively addressing issues to maintain service quality.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Strong experience in backend development with Python and a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in LLM prompting, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in API design and development, with experience in integrating AI/ML services.
• Experience using collaborative development best practices (Git, Agile, Kanban, review processes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improve service functionality.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and nontechnical team members.
