We are searching for a Business Development Professional to join our rapidly growing team. You will be

responsible for the expansion of our client base and work closely with the Bold team towards these goals.

This entails researching and identifying new prospects, engaging those prospects, bringing in relevant

proven sales process. You will be fluent in using tools such as a CRM to manage this. You will work

directly with our senior executives who have 30+ years' experience and $7B in successful client

engagements. Bold has a well-established high quality client base; this position is to bring in new clients.

outsourcing talent services across client service, technology, and other areas.

  • Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach (written and
verbal). Bring in relevant team members to assist with converting prospects to clients. Maintain the client

relationship and quarterback any issues.

  • Strong cross
- product knowledge. Entail cross selling as we have a suite of services and products.

  • Use of CRM, Tracker, and other tools to assist you in your goals.
  • Client relationship management: maintain the client relationship and possibly crosssell other
services.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development sales with Business Processing Outsourcing,
Outsourcing, Global Talent, IT, Digital Marketing, and/or customer service roles.

  • Strong Englishspeaking verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven process and strategy of successfully generating leads, engaging those leads and bringing in team members to close.
  • Strong problemsolving, time management, and organizations skills
  • Self-Starter and Results-Driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree
