TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure the right segmentation and prioritization of key specialized healthcare provider institutions for each franchise (hemophilia, ophthalmology, pulmonary hypertension, and multiple sclerosis), based on the identification of business opportunities in target populations.
  • Lead interaction with key external stakeholders within specialized healthcare provider institutions (General Management, CFO, KOLs, HCPs, population and risk managers) to gather, interpret and sort relevant information (business opportunities, barriers, market insights, trends, client needs) for the design and proposal of innovative contracting solutions that meet customer needs, with focus on outcomesbased approaches.
  • Drive adoption of realworld outcomesbased contracting solutions (risk sharing, outcomesbased payment, differential pricing) in key payers and specialized healthcare provider institutions for each franchise through strong negotiation skills.
  • Ensure stringent followup of negotiation processes and contracting solutions' results through the design, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs in target populations and key accounts.
  • Drive internal collaboration and alignment of all customerfacing functions (Marketing, Access, Medical, Sales) to design, adapt and focus activities and strategic projects to meet clients' requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic projects for specialized healthcare provider institutions to drive growth and patient share increase in target populations.

  • Support Specialty Medicine TAL (Therapeutic Area Liaison) in the development and implementation of the engagement plan with industry associations and key external decision in government institutions to drive adequate incentives for valuebased healthcare competitiveness (Bundled and outcomebased payments, PROMs measurement).
  • Map and periodically monitor contracting networks between payers, specialized healthcare provider institutions and distributors to anticipate mitigation plans for possible impact of changes in the networks.
  • Support field force in the development, implementation and followup of key accounts plans for specialized healthcare provider institutions according to the strategic objectives of each franchise.
  • Align and articulate Specialty Medicine commercial strategy to (i) guarantee a systematic negotiation framework, (ii) drive synergies between the different franchises and strengthen portfolio negotiations with payers and specialized healthcare provider institutions, (iii) ensure standardization of proposals preparation and presentation to clients.
  • Support TA Head in the continuous followup of sales targets by client for each franchise and in the development of KPIs dashboards to monitor business performance and achievement of strategic objectives in key accounts.
  • Support franchise leads in the forecast and budget processes by providing market insights, feedback on contracting solutions evolution, and analysis of business and market historical trends/data to identify gaps/opportunities and support the development of action plans.
  • Lead commercial plans development, implementation, and life cycle management for Specialty Medicine, and ensure periodically monitoring of Gross-ToNet (GTN) for each franchise, performing corrective actions in case of deviations from targets.
  • Represent Specialty Medicine Business Unit in Order-ToCash (O2C) meetings to proactively contribute to the correct execution of processes (orders, disputes, collections, credit management) and improvement of customer service, by providing clients' feedback.
  • Actively participate in the development of the Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) and Customer Activation Plan (CAP) for each franchise.

WHO YOU ARE

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering and/or Economics.
  • Experience in similar positions or managerial experience in Marketing and/or Sales with proven track record.
  • Desirable experience in highcost pharmaceutical products / multicountry management.
  • Advanced English and Spanish oral and written skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Indepth understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and institutional market.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and customer centricity.
  • Strategic and innovation mindset.
  • Strengths in financial, analytics and communications.
