RCC LA - Casualty Claims Manager (M/F/d)

Our team is looking for a qualified colleague for the Claims section dealing in excellence with Casualty Claims Management activities.

Focus on the traditional treaty and facultative RI business in our region, i.e. South America (except Brazil), México, and Central America.

As a
Claims Manager, you will work with an experienced team to manage complex casualty claims and support our Global Claims Ambition 2025.

YOUR JOB

Managing large and complex Casualty claims of our regional clients in compliance with the claims handling guidelines.
Leading recovery and subrogation processes with our clients.
Assisting in claims management in crossdivisional large losses, developing recommendations for improving underwriting quality based on lessons learnt from claims, claims trends analyses and assisting in drafting wordings and clauses.
Lessons learned activities within Claims and for Client Management and Underwriting.
Monitoring of Claims portfolios.
Perform Claims reviews.
Evaluate and communicate with Client ́s Claims Management areas.
Presentations, workshops and trainings for internal and external clients.
Support of digital claims initiatives.
Monitoring new regulations and relevant law development in the countries and their impact on claims management, leveraging our broad network of law firms and loss adjusters.
Assessing and monitoring Claims Goals.

YOUR PROFILE

University law degree. LL.M. degree/postgraduate is an advantage.
Multiple years' experience and indepth knowledge in Casualty Claims Management and/or Casulaty Underwriting with excellent track record.
Good understanding of insurance and reinsurance wordings.
Very strong client focus and solution orientation.
High degree of analytical and problemsolving capabilities, and able to identify client. needs and develop innovative and effective solutions.
Distinct well as eagerness to share knowledge in local and virtual teams.
High level of commitment, responsibility and teamplayer mentality.
Excellent command of Spanish and English.
